While nobody wants to have an accident, fire, or other loss, claim time is when Holley Insurance really delivers on our promise of service.

What do I do when I have a claim?

Your first option is always to contact our office immediately.  We can generally report your claim directly from our office and give you help and advise throughout the process.

What if I need to report a claim after normal business hours?

When should I expect to hear from an adjuster?

Different companies have different response times.  Erie generally endeavors to make contact within 24 hours of reporting a claim.  In the event of a house fire or other severe loss, our office will respond immediately.  Just be sure to call as soon as possible.
